General Info

We have a variety of rooms available ranging from small to large.

All our rooms are set up according to customer specifications and event requirements. This may affect the capacity available in each room, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Projectors are available in all our rooms at no additional cost with the exception of Shekinah. Fountains is equipped with dual projection. Amplification can be arranged through the PA system. PA is available upon request - this may include additional charges.

Shekinah has an excellent audio visual capability, however, a technician is needed to use this equipment please ask for more information if this is required.

Flipchart Whiteboard and pens usage if free. Flipchart paper £5 per booking. Please advise of any flipchart requirements in advance.

Tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits are available at a cost of £1.25 per person, per serving.

We have several catering options available, we can cater for all dietary needs upon request. Please ask for our current menus and prices.

Should you wish to make your own refreshments using one of our smaller tea bars then please note there is a small charge of £10 for a full day access and £5 for half day access. This includes access to mugs, glasses, kettles, dishwasher, microwave & fridge.

Kitchen Hire

We have a large kitchen available for hire. Please contact us for further details, price and availability.

Venue Parking

We have no parking onsite however parking is available 200m away at Welham Street car park. (NG31 6QU)
